Who is responsible

Finding Lily is published by GMK INDIA LLP under the GMK Labs brand. For support, privacy questions or requests about information you have sent us, contact support@gmkind.com.

Your saved adventure

The game saves found objects, completed adventures, help and replay state, story-seen history, and sound, music and vibration settings locally. The local advertising-age control, introduced in 0.12.0, saves your selected age band locally, not a date of birth.

No app account, app-operated cloud save or separate developer-run analytics or crash-reporting service is provided. Operating-system backups may copy local storage according to your device settings; we do not promise that local data never enters a platform backup.

Platform age information

Where supported, we use Apple or Google Play age information to decide whether the game may open and to provide an age-appropriate experience. The game handles the returned age band and any available access/approval status temporarily on your device. We do not ask for your exact birth date or identity documents, store this platform age information in your game save, or send it to advertising, marketing or analytics services. The platform provider processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. This platform check is separate from the game's local advertising-age choice and your advertising privacy choices.

Google advertising services

For a saved adult age choice, Google’s User Messaging Platform checks applicable consent before Play leaves Home. Ad requests require Google’s canRequestAds permission. European and supported US-state privacy messages are configured for both platform apps; the form and options shown depend on your region and Google’s requirements. Where required, you can reopen advertising privacy choices in Settings, refuse consent or opt out of sale or sharing. A consent choice does not turn on personalized ads in this game.

Adult ad requests are non-personalized and limited to G-rated content. The game is configured for contextual advertising, not cross-company behavioral retargeting. On iOS, the app disables Google’s publisher first-party ID before SDK initialization and does not request Apple’s tracking permission. That iOS-specific control does not disable Android identifiers. These choices do not mean that Google services collect no data or use no identifiers.

Google and advertising partners may collect and share IP-derived approximate location, device or app identifiers, product interactions, advertising data, and crash, performance or other diagnostic information. They use this information for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention and security; Google’s consent service also processes information needed to provide privacy choices. Actual processing depends on configuration, permissions and choices, and not every category is necessarily transmitted in every session. Google’s Android SDK disclosure describes encryption in transit using TLS. Test-ad builds can also communicate with providers; test ads do not mean no processing.

Journey help stays unlimited and free. Interstitials are eligible only at Next after a new completion: from four completed stages, every other completion, after an initial three minutes, at least three minutes apart and at most three per session. Earlier adventures may offer optional rewarded hints under the same adult gate. Unavailable ads do not block progress. Internet access may be needed for platform age/privacy checks and advertising.

How GMK uses information

GMK uses information to operate the game and these pages, respond to support, and handle diagnostics, security and privacy requests. We do not use player or support data for GMK marketing lists, cross-company retargeting, or sale to data brokers. Contextual advertising and the provider processing described above remain part of the ad-supported design.

We do not send your local game progress or raw age-band choice to a GMK cloud-save or marketing database. This is not a promise that Google, your operating system, browser, mailbox or hosting providers process no technical information. Their processing is also governed by their own terms and privacy information.

Age choice and younger players

The local advertising-age control offers neutral choices: 18 or older, under 18, or prefer not to say. This local choice does not request a birthday or independently verify age; the platform check described above is separate. Only a successfully saved adult choice permits the app to begin consent and advertising setup. For under-18, unspecified or unanswered choices, the app does not initiate UMP or Google Mobile Ads services or request ads, including in earlier adventures. Gameplay remains available where platform access allows it.

You can change the range in Settings → Age range & advertising. Leaving adult treatment stops new ad requests and discards loaded ads; it cannot recall information already processed. The intended audience is adults first, with teens secondary—not a claim that every player is an adult.

Older 0.11.1 playtests

Version 0.11.1 has no age-band screen. Its main 30-adventure journey does not initialize advertising in test mode, but earlier adventures and their advertising privacy controls can initialize Google services. That version requests conservative child treatment, G-rated, non-personalized ads and an under-age-of-consent flag. The 0.12.0 controls above do not retroactively change older installed builds.

Support messages and these pages

If you choose to email support, we receive your email address, any sender display name, your message and any attachments you choose to send. App version, device model, operating-system version and adventure number help investigation. Screenshots are optional; remove unrelated personal information. The game does not read your mailbox or photo library and does not automatically upload screenshots. Never send passwords, verification codes or payment details.

support@gmkind.com is monitored. We use support correspondence to resolve enquiries and handle privacy requests, not for advertising or profiling. We keep it only as needed for support and applicable legal obligations, and review deletion requests. We do not promise a fixed retention period or automatic deletion of records held independently by providers.

These Finding Lily page additions introduce no ad or analytics scripts. Hosting, delivery and security providers may process technical requests to serve and protect pages. In 0.12.0, allowlisted privacy/support links open gmkind.com in your system browser, outside the game.

Removing data and future updates

Clearing storage or uninstalling may remove progress and your local age choice; backup and restore behavior varies. Contact support before uninstalling if you want to keep your adventure. There is no app-operated account or cloud-save dashboard. Removing the app does not recall support emails or automatically erase provider-held information.

Email support@gmkind.com with the subject Finding Lily privacy request to ask about or request deletion of support correspondence GMK holds. Include enough information to locate the enquiry; do not send identity documents or passwords. We may ask for a proportionate way to confirm the request relates to your correspondence. Some records may need to be kept for legal obligations. We cannot promise to erase records controlled independently by Google, your email provider, hosting providers or device backups; their own privacy tools and policies apply.

There is no game account to delete. You can remove local app data using your device’s storage controls, and manage advertising identifiers using your operating system’s privacy settings. We update this notice when the described behavior changes. Store privacy labels summarize the app’s practices and do not replace this notice.
