What helps us understand the problem

Your phone or tablet model and Android/iOS version.
The Finding Lily app version, available in the game’s Settings.
The adventure number, what happened, and what you expected.
Steps to reproduce the issue, and whether it happens again after reopening the app.

A screenshot is optional. Please crop or cover names, notifications and other private information before sending one. Never send passwords, one-time codes, payment details or identity documents.

Protect your saved adventures

The current game stores progress on your device. Please contact us before uninstalling the app, clearing its storage or resetting your device: those actions can remove local progress. Finding Lily does not currently provide an account-based cloud save or guaranteed recovery.

Keep any existing device backup. Do not assume progress will transfer between phones or between Android and iOS.

Music and sound

The game has separate music and sound controls. If audio seems missing, check those controls and your device’s volume and audio output. For an audio report, tell us whether headphones or Bluetooth were connected and whether another app or a call was playing audio.

Advertising and privacy choices

Finding Lily 1.0.0 is available on Android. Its local advertising-age controls continue the design introduced in 0.12.0; European and supported US-state privacy messages are configured for both platform apps. Settings → Age range & advertising lets you change your locally saved range. Under-18, unspecified or unanswered choices play without the app initiating Google consent or ad services, including in earlier adventures. Only an adult choice permits consent-gated contextual-ad setup. Where required, Settings → Advertising privacy choices reopens Google’s privacy form so you can review consent or sale/sharing choices.

Older 0.11.1 playtests have different controls and can initialize Google software in preserved earlier adventures. For the version-specific details, read the Finding Lily privacy policy. Please contact us if an option is unavailable or you have a younger-player concern.

Privacy and deletion requests

Email support@gmkind.com with the subject Finding Lily privacy request to ask about or request deletion of support correspondence GMK holds. The mailbox is monitored; messages are used for support and privacy handling, not marketing. We retain them only as needed for support and applicable legal obligations and review deletion requests. Please provide enough information to locate your enquiry, not passwords or identity documents.

Finding Lily has no game account or app-operated cloud-save service to delete. Local progress can be removed through your device’s app-storage controls. Removing the game does not delete correspondence or records independently controlled by Google, email/hosting providers or device backups. See the privacy policy for the scope and limitations.

Store availability

Finding Lily is now available on Android through Google Play. The iPhone and iPad versions are coming soon. Availability depends on your country and device. Visit the official game page for the latest download links.
